Oak Hill REIT Management’s (“OHRM”) funds are co-managed by Jon Fosheim and John Herold, who combined have over 25 years of REIT research experience.  OHRM was formed in 2004 and is one of several separate and independently-managed strategic partnerships under the Oak Hill umbrella, whose lead investor is Robert M. Bass of Ft. Worth, Texas.  The various Oak Hill entities comprise more than $20 billion of investment capital in the aggregate, including private equity and hedge funds, high-yield and distressed bond funds, publicly traded equity funds, and direct real estate funds.
